Data Diode RUGGED 1Gbit Singlemode
Fibersystem’s Data Diode RUGGED 1Gbit Singlemode provide a secure one-way (simplex) hardware-based connection between two networks, ensuring that no data can ever flow in the reverse direction. The fiber-optic design gives full galvanic separation, and all data is forwarded transparently without the need for additional software when using one-way compatible protocols such as UDP stream, broadcast, Syslog, NTP, and SNMP traps.
The Rugged versions are available in 100 Mbps or 1 Gbps and can be delivered with TEMPEST Level A and RÖS U1 approval, with additional variants available in the Data Diodes 50-800 System series.
Features
- Ruggedized for extremely harsh environments
- One-way connection between two networks (also known as Simplex)
- Based on hardware, no extra software needed. This completely eliminates the risk for data flowing in false direction
- Fiberoptical links for galvanic seperation between networks
- Data will be transparently forwarded
- No extra software needed when using one way compatible protocols, such as: UDP stream/broadcast, Syslog, NTP, SNMP traps
